Poland-India IT Forum in Kraków, POLAND

From 8 till 9 July 2015 will be held the Poland India IT Forum organized by AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Małopolska Kraków Region and Poland India Business Council. The Forum will take place in AGH University of Science and Technology Assembly Hall, Al. Mickiewicza 30, Kraków.

The aim of the Forum is to enhance the existing ties between the two countries' IT industries, governments, and academia by providing policy inputs to strengthen cooperation in this vital sector. The Forum will bring together key public and private sector stakeholders from India and Poland on a common platform to share, educate, and benefit from each country's experience.

Key objectives of the Forum:

  1. Poland and India collaboration on IT
  2. Bringing key stakeholders together
  3. Identifying actionable areas for government, industry and academia to work together
  4. Identify areas for Polish technology companies to participate in Indian government initiatives, such as Digital India and Smart Cities
  5. Identify specific actions and resolve issues to further scale Indian IT investment in Poland
  6. Research organizations committing to joint collaboration
  7. Joint effort between stakeholders for targeted skill development in both countries
  8. Identify opportunities for Polish technology startups to establish facilities in India

One of the speakers during the Forum will be Mr. Padeep Kumar, President of the Indo-European Education Foundation (IEEF).
