We are very pleased to inform you that ITS Surabaya will host the International Conference for Non-Academic Staffs (IconStaff 2020) on November 2 – 5, 2020, bringing the theme “Exalting University’s Supporting Teams: Celebrating New Ideas.” The program aims to provide a platform for Non-Academic staff the opportunity to share their experience empowered by their institution either through the management’s top-down policy or bottom-up initiatives thus lead new ideas in enhancing the Non-Academic staff performances. This conference will also allow participants to bring rich perspectives during the conference, discussion, and networking.
