Erasmus+ Adaptation Day
On 2nd October 2019 International Cooperation Office of UAS Nysa organized Adaptation Day for all international students who arrived to Nysa for their Erasmus+ mobility in winter semester 2019.
This semester our University has the pleasure to guest 24 students from: Turkey, Montenegro, Kosovo, Spain, Greece, Portugal, who will be attending classes at the Faculties of Management and Production Engineering, English Philology, Finance and Accounting, Dietetics, Architecture and Nursing.
The students were officially welcomed by dr inż. Mariusz Kołosowski, the Vice-Rector for Didactics and Students affairs at UAS Nysa. The purpose of the event was to discuss regulations, administrative matters, academic calendar and Erasmus+ requirements, but the most important was to make students feel comfortable at their first days at the University, help them in integration with polish students and citizens, as well as to spend a nice and memorable time in Poland.
Another important part of the event was the meeting with the Departmental Coordinators who discussed the classes schedules, changes to the learning agreements, as well as examination and assessment regulations. Finally, students took part in bowling tournament, which was a great ice-breaker and an opportunity to get integrate with all the students
