1. Workshops of Kalarippayattu - indian martial art

8-9th November 2014
1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Workshop will be an introduction to technic of kalarippayattu - indian marital art from northen vadakkan. The workshop will teach you basic positions and sequences (including amarna and valinyamarna, "salutation" sequences etc.) as well as elements of fighting with a bamboo stick.

Cost of the workshop is 190 zł for two days.

2. Workshops of Bharatanatyam dance for beginners - new group

Periodical and intensive workshops for those who want to know and learn this beautiful indian dance but are not able to take a part in regular lessons in the week.

Workshops will take place once in a month, on Saturday, and will last from 12:00 till 3 p.m.
Suggested dates of first lessons: 22th November 2014 and 13th December 2014.
